UPDATED AS OF 8/5/22GENERAL✧I have the right to publish commission artwork for personal means, such as advertisement of my services and examples for my portfolio. If you wish to remain a commission private, please let me know beforehand
✧I have the right to decline a commission without stating a reason.
✧ Commissions are non-refundable.
✧ If the commissioner is under 18, you must provide parent or guardian's email and contact information for me to contact and ensure the commissioner is able to pay for the said commission.
✧ Failure to comply with my terms of service will result in being blacklisted.✧ I WILL NOT ACCEPT NFT RELATED COMMISSIONSPAYMENT | REFUND POLICY
✧ I accept payment in USD
✧ Transaction will be made through Paypal for international, BPI for local.
✧ Commissions must be paid upfront before starting the work.
✧ I will invoice you the payment.
✧ Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds nor chargebacks.
✧ Refunds can be issued ONLY if the commissioner must notify the artist before starting any work.PROCESS
✧ Turnaround time for commissions are 2 months maximum.
✧ I will invoice you and once payment has been received, I will start on doing the commission.
✧ Commissioners will be notified immediately if factors such as health, personal or family issues occurred that I need to prolong the commission.
✧ Commissioners must state character/s details, be it original or fanart, and provide at least two to three image references and atleast a brief summary of character information.
✧ Custom and complex design will incur additional fees.
✧ Occasional updates and work progress will be made.REVISION
✧ All commissions will be given 1 minor revision for free.
✧ To avoid having too many revisions, you can suggest pose, expression references of your choice. Feedbacks are always welcome !
PERMISSION AND USAGE✧ Do not claim the art as your own.
✧ Do not edit/trace/modify the art.
✧ Do not sell said art for commercial purposes unless we have agreed upon beforehand. Personal merchs are ok !
✧ Commissioned works are watermark to protect them from any art theft, please do not remove them nor upload high resolution of said work*
✧ Kindly credit me as the artist when using or uploading the commission as kkulmori.

✧ Commissioner must discuss commercial use commission with the artist thoroughly through email only until they have come to terms with an agreement.
✧ Profits made from the artwork will belong to the commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.
